Returns and refunds

If there’s a problem with your order, get in touch and we’ll work out the best solution together. 

How to reach us 

Email [email protected] and include your order number and a brief description of the issue and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. 

Damaged or wrong items 

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong resources, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. 

Change of mind 

Because our resources are print goods sold in bundles, we’re generally unable to accept change-of-mind returns. If you’re not sure a resource is right for your needs, check the product description or contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help you find the right resource/s for your needs. 

Print defects 

If a resource arrives with a print defect, get in touch and we’ll arrange a replacement. Just email [email protected]. 

Your rights 

Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer.
