By submitting an order, you affirm that you have read, understand, accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Upon the Alcohol and Drug Foundation’s acceptance of your order, these terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you, the User (User, You or Your) and the Alcohol and Drug Foundation of Australia ABN 66 057 731 192 (We, Our, Us, ADF  or Alcohol and Drug Foundation). 

We may, without notice, amend or modify this Policy by posting the amended Merchandise Policy to this website. If You disagree with any of the terms and conditions contained in this document, You must not submit an order.

Security 

All payments made through the ADF Shop are processed securely via third‑party payment providers. The Alcohol and Drug Foundation does not store full credit card details. 

While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal and payment information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Payment on Account (Approved Customers Only) 

Some customers may be approved by the Alcohol and Drug Foundation to place orders on account rather than paying at checkout. 

Orders placed on account are subject to the payment terms agreed between the customer and the Alcohol and Drug Foundation, as set out on the relevant invoice or account agreement. 

If payment is not received by the due date, the Alcohol and Drug Foundation may suspend further orders and take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding amount. This may include engaging a debt recovery agency or pursuing legal action where necessary. 

To the extent permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts. 

Pricing 

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST (goods and services tax). Product prices are subject to change. 

Delivery 

Delivery methods, costs and estimated timeframes are set out on our Shipping page. 

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal or courier delays. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details provided at checkout are accurate. 

Returns and refunds 

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Returns & Refunds Policy, which outlines eligibility, processes and timeframes. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
